We’ve run into several operational challenges with our clients, especially in Mexico and across Latin America, where identity documents can change very quickly. Regula’s main opportunity is to better handle these exceptions and incorporate them more smoothly into its products. Facial biometrics also has room to improve, particularly in the graphical interface and in how it relies on liveness verification for demanding deployments where everything needs to remain on‑premises.
